The inspiration for Cloudburst Travel Company comes from a transformative experience I had during a refinery project in Puerto Rico. I was working in demanding conditions, surrounded by industrial noise, grime and intense heat. I paused at the top of a distillation column and witnessed a sudden cloudburst over the Atlantic Ocean and a magnificent rainbow that spanned the entire horizon.
In that instant I experienced a sense of renewal and profound clarity. Nature possesses remarkable restorative powers, and transformative experiences often arrive when we least expect them.
Cloudburst Travel Company was founded on this discovery. We believe adventure travel creates opportunities for these joyful experiences to rejuvenate the spirit and offer fresh perspective. My expertise managing large-scale oil and gas projects, coordinating complex logistics across multiple parties and continents, translates directly into seamless, sophisticated travel experiences for you. I excel at transforming intricate details into effortless journeys, ensuring your group enjoys every moment.

Meet Carrie
Golf Specialist and Travel Advisor for Cloudburst Travel Company
For 17 years, Carrie Sexton traveled the globe as a professional golf caddie and personal assistant on both the LPGA and Legends Tours. One of her career highlights came in 2011 when she joined the team planning the Solheim Cup, where she managed and assisted all 12 LPGA professionals on the United States Team. Alongside her tour duties, Carrie operated a specialized travel business from 2006 to 2015, curating premium golf adventures for women to legendary destinations including Scotland, Ireland, and Pebble Beach. An accomplished golfer herself with an impressive drive off the tee, Carrie combines her passion for travel with her expertise in designing memorable golf experiences for others.
