Investment
Hotel booking - this service is always complimentary! Send an email to [email protected] and tell us your preferred luxury property and dates. We take care of the rest.
Custom travel planning fees:
- $300/person or $500/couple.
- Add additional people for $200/person up to 10 people.
- $2500 for groups of 10-20 people
Student rates start at $250/person for specific spring break and Christmas vacation adventures.
Airline booking is exclusively business or first class and is $50/ticket/person.
Cloudburst Travel Company customers budget approximately $1000 per day/per person, not including airfare.
Booking travel within 30 calendar days is considered expedited and adds $300 to the concierge fee.
Travel Design Workflow
Step 1 - Discovery
We begin with a fun conversation and complimentary consultation to discover your travel vision, budget, timing and what you want from the experience. We encourage all travelers to attend to get input from everyone. If we are a fit, I send a proposal outlining the planning services including a concierge fee.
Step 2 - Custom Travel Itinerary Design
This step is the heart of our service. We deliver a custom itinerary that captures the vibe, pace and must-have experiences for your luxury adventure. We make adjustments as needed to get perfect alignment with your travel vision. Note: three iterations to the itinerary are included with the concierge fee.
Step 3 - Embark on a fully supported luxury adventure
From the instant you depart until you return home, Cloudburst Travel Company handles your travel details so you can enjoy each moment with confidence. You have a fully digital itinerary, 24/7 support at your destination and VIP access to our global luxury partners.
Step 4 - Post travel reflection and feedback
We check in after you return home to inquire about the best moments of your trip and what inspiration you want to take into your next adventure! With your permission we may showcase your trip in one of our Cloudburst Dispatches or get input on gear you loved.
